With the rapid development of the new energy vehicle industry and consumers' increasing demand for driving comfort, the market demand for air suspension systems has experienced explosive growth. As the core control unit of air suspension systems, the demand for air supply systems has also grown rapidly.
BIBO's Intelligent Suspension Air Supply System (BAS), developed in deep cooperation with Baolong Technology, has attracted significant industry attention since its official launch at the Beijing Auto Show in April this year. It achieved mass production in just six months, once again demonstrating "BIBO Speed". The mass production of BAS products marks another milestone for BIBO following the mass production and delivery of its full series of intelligent braking products, bringing BIBO one step closer to completing mass production of its full series of braking, suspension, and steering products.
At the production launch ceremony, BIBO Manufacturing Center Director Liu Xingbo introduced the basic situation of the BAS production line and the product's mass production delivery plan. Baolong Technology Suspension System Integration Division General Manager Dr. Zhang Liangxiu shared insights on air suspension market trends, introduced Baolong Technology's air suspension product layout, and expressed high recognition for the performance of BIBO's Intelligent Suspension Air Supply System. Jinmaite Group Chairman Jiang Fan shared the development process of jointly developing the production line for this new BAS product with BIBO, and introduced their joint exploration in intelligent production lines and smart factories.

Thank you to Tongxiang City, Baolong Technology, and Jinmaite for their trust and support in BIBO. The BAS production line was completed in full cooperation with Jinmaite, taking less than 4 months from design, installation, debugging to mass production launch, once again demonstrating "BIBO Speed". BIBO has become the first startup company in China to officially mass-produce this product with complete independent intellectual property rights. Through deep cooperation with leading domestic listed company Baolong Technology, BIBO is comprehensively promoting innovation in air suspension products, striving to provide customers with better products and solutions.

Leaders from Tongxiang City, BIBO, Baolong Technology, and Jinmaite jointly visited BIBO's BAS production line. Bibo Manufacturing Center Director Liu Xingbo provided a detailed introduction of the entire BAS production process. The production line has an automation rate exceeding 90% and an annual capacity of 500,000 units. Mayor Wang Jian expressed high praise for BIBO's production speed and development prospects.
