BRBM
BIBO Redundant Brake Module

The braking redundancy module BRBM (BIBO Redundant Brake Module) is used in combination with BIBC, which can meet the braking redundancy requirements of high-level autonomous driving L3 and above, that is, in the case of BIBC failure, the braking system is quickly switched from the main controller to the backup control, and the vehicle braking safety is guaranteed.

BIBO Anti-lock Braking System

BABS (BIBO Anti lock Braking System) regulates the four-wheel braking pressure during emergency braking to prevent wheel locking, improve braking strength and ensure vehicle driving stability.

    Accurately controls slip rate and efficiently utilizes adherence between tires and the road surface to reduce braking distance. 

  • Low noise emission

    Boost valve implements linear valve, which allows for the linear allocation of boost rate and maximum pressure in combination with the generator’s PWM allocation, optimizing noise emission and pedal feel during braking.

    May simultaneously integrate iTPMS functions and braking energy regeneration status, in addition to ABS/EBD functions.

BESC (BIBO Electronic Stability Controller) can integrate EPB function, indirect tire pressure iTPMS, and support ADAS functions such as AEB and ACC.

BIBO Recreation-Vehicle Electronic Brake

BRVEB (BIBO Recreation-Vehicle Electronic Brake) is mainly used for the separation braking of the trailer. Compared with the traditional impact (electromagnetic type), its biggest advantage is the braking state of the front car, and the active pressure under different pressures to prevent the occurrence of drag or collision with the towing vehicle.

    Automatically detects disconnection between the trailer and towing vehicle while in operation and actively applies braking for the secure stopping of the trailer.

BIBO Electro-Mechanical Brake

BEMB is a next-gen fully decoupled Brake-by-Wire system, eliminating certain components including traditional brake fluid pipes, brake fluids, harnesses, and hydraulic pumps. Braking transmission is fully achieved through electric signals.Domain control & distributed braking architecture are capable of satisfying autonomous driving and electric actuation architecture. Integrating all electric parking function can meets the needs of all redundancy systems of Level 3 and above.

BIBO Electric Power Steering Power Pack

The BIBO Redundant Electric Power Steering system is a further upgrade from traditional non-redundant EPS. Compare to the traditional EPS, redundant full vehicle power supply and communication, redundant sensors and motors, redundant MCU and bridge area have been added, giving high security measures. The system may continue to perform steering operations after any single-point failure, becoming Fail-Operational and meeting the requirements for all-scenario intelligent driving of Level 3 and above.

The BIBO Intelligent Suspension Air Supply System, integrated all functions of compressors, gas dispensing valves, and ECU controllers, it is a closed system. Highly capable of working continuously, the air pump compresses the compressed air of a certain pressure, as the single working time is short, produces low heat, it is convenient for timely heat dissipation. Meanwhile, the closed system is mainly for internal circulation, and there is little interaction with the outside air, and the external air pressure basically does not affect the work of the system.
