Integrated yaw rate sensors, EPB, and iTPMS.
Supports ACC/AEB and other intelligent driving functions.
Fully self-developed, capable for engaging in deep collaborative development with clients.
BRVEB (BIBO Recreation-Vehicle Electronic Brake) is mainly used for the separation braking of the trailer. Compared with the traditional impact (electromagnetic type), its biggest advantage is the braking state of the front car, and the active pressure under different pressures to prevent the occurrence of drag or collision with the towing vehicle.
Automatically detects disconnection between the trailer and towing vehicle while in operation and actively applies braking for the secure stopping of the trailer.
Passed rigorous environmental and durability trials without experiencing malfunctions for an equivalent of 20,000 kilometers, obtaining the Australian ADR certification.
Adjustable multi-gear braking power, compatible with synchronizers and brake of different types and trailers of different mass.
May include ABS and sway-prevention functions in the future, and to support odometers in the trailer.
BEMB is a next-gen fully decoupled Brake-by-Wire system, eliminating certain components including traditional brake fluid pipes, brake fluids, harnesses, and hydraulic pumps. Braking transmission is fully achieved through electric signals.Domain control & distributed braking architecture are capable of satisfying autonomous driving and electric actuation architecture. Integrating all electric parking function can meets the needs of all redundancy systems of Level 3 and above.
Response time less than 100ms, which is 1/3 of the traditional braking response time, reducing braking distance.
Actuator can output braking power according to the preference of the driver, and braking pedal simulator can simulate different pedal feel.
No oil used, simplifying vehicle assembly and reducing the frequency of maintenance.
Implements a “distributed” architecture for ease of arrangement, leading to an increased efficiency in designing and manufacturing.
