Henglong Group and BIBO Sign Strategic Cooperation Agreement to Jointly Promote Intelligent Steering and XYZ Three-Axis Integration Products

Recently, Hubei Henglong Automotive System Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Henglong Group") and BIBO (Shanghai) Automotive Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "BIBO") officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement at Henglong Group's headquarters, focusing on the implementation of products such as rear-wheel steering, steer-by-wire, and intelligent chassis XYZ three-axis integrated control. Chen Yuxiang, Executive Vice President of Henglong Group, and Liu Xiaohui, President of BIBO, signed the agreement on behalf of both parties.

According to the strategic cooperation agreement, Henglong Group and BIBO will deepen their cooperation in the fields of rear-wheel steering, steer-by-wire, and intelligent chassis XYZ three-axis integrated control. Both parties will jointly invest in production capacity to accelerate the implementation of rear-wheel steering and integrated control products within the year, and plan to mass-produce cooperative products such as steer-by-wire and XYZ three-axis integrated control within the next 2-3 years.

This cooperation represents an upgraded partnership following Henglong Group's strategic investment in BIBO, marking the rapid implementation of their collaboration in the intelligent chassis field. By integrating Henglong Group's industrial expertise in steering systems with BIBO's forward-looking exploration in intelligent chassis control, both parties will focus on breaking through key technical bottlenecks such as XYZ three-axis dynamic coordinated control. This mutually beneficial cooperation model will not only achieve a synergistic effect of 1+1>2 but also reshape the innovation landscape of the intelligent chassis industry chain, providing global customers with internationally competitive intelligent chassis system solutions and helping China's automotive industry achieve overtaking in the intelligentization track.
