BIBO Winter Calibration First Batch of Customers Acceptance Successfully Completed

With goals set, the mission must be accomplished. BIBO's 2024-2025 winter calibration has been underway for one month. This year's winter calibration covers intelligent braking, steering, suspension XYZ three-axis full product series, with nearly 40 vehicle models to be calibrated.

In mid-December 2024, BIBO's winter calibration team consisting of nearly 40 technicians departed for Heihe to conduct a three-month calibration work. For this winter calibration, BIBO's intelligent chassis XYZ three-axis full product series will undergo rigorous testing, including integrated brake-by-wire system BIBC(One-Box), electronic stability control system BESC, anti-lock braking system BABS, electromechanical brake-by-wire system BEMB, intelligent rear wheel steering system BRWS, and intelligent suspension air supply system BAS, with over 130 major functional modules to be calibrated. BIBO's winter calibration this time covers nearly 40 vehicle models from over ten domestic and international OEMs.

Winter calibration vehicles dispatched

Currently, one-third of the winter calibration process has been completed with significant achievements. Recently, BIBO's winter calibration team welcomed the first batch of customer acceptance. After one month of rigorous testing and adjustments in various types of venues including ice/snow circles, slopes, handling roads, split-mu roads, and docking roads, BIBO's One-Box product has shown further improvements in response speed and stability for various performances, receiving high praise from OEM customers and successfully passing the acceptance.

Vehicle acceptance

This winter calibration serves as another verification of BIBO's intelligent braking products' high reliability and stability, and the first low-temperature/low-adhesion test for intelligent steering and suspension products.
